At PSL Consulting we recognize and believe:

Puneet Luthra, Principal Consultant

PSL Consulting was founded and is operated by Puneet Luthra, who is the firm’s Principal Consultant.  Puneet is a senior government relations professional with over 20 years of experience with establishing, managing, and leading the government relations strategies of some of Canada’s most recognizable charities, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Indspire, and Earth Rangers.

Puneet holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Dalhousie University.

InHouse GR Services

PSL Consulting is a government relations consultancy that empowers cause related organizations to advance their mission, secure funding, and raise the profile of their cause by assisting them to effectively engage with government officials and organizations and successfully participate in the public policy process.  

InHouse GR has been designed for organizations that seek to engage with government but have little need for a fulltime staff person to manage the government relations function.  To that end, PSL Consulting works with its clients to set a number of billable hours per month (a flat fee) with any overage carried over to the next month, allowing these smaller organizations predictability in their monthly expenses.    

InHouse GR offers the following services:

• Navigate government institutions to identify and act on opportunities to effectively engage with decision makers
• Government influencer mapping to determine who to speak to and what to say
• Develop government focused materials including pre-budget submissions, position papers, remarks and presentations for committee appearances, etc. 
• Government relations training webinars for leadership, staff, and board members
• Organization of virtual lobby days and legislative receptions
• Identification of available funding and grant opportunities
• Coordinate virtual or in-person meetings between the organization and government representatives, post meeting follow-up 
• Identification of opportunities to participate in government consultations 
• Policy proposal development
